Jeffrey Jacobsen is an Artist and Teacher who lives in Winona Minnesota. He received his BFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1997 and his MFA from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2001. He has been teaching in the Art and Design Department at Rochester Community and Technical College since 2006. In addition to making art Jeff loves gardening, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, boating, and listening to old cowboy records.
